These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, download, installation, and use of WHMCS extensions (“Products”) provided by WHMCSExtensions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our Products, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase, install, or use our Products.

1. License

1.1 Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product on the number of WHMCS installations specified in your purchase.
1.2 You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Product without our written consent.
1.3 License keys, if issued, must remain confidential. Any unauthorized distribution may result in termination of your license.

2. Usage

2.1 You are solely responsible for ensuring the Product is compatible with your WHMCS version, server environment, and third-party software.
2.2 You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass any licensing or security mechanisms of the Product.

3. Payments and Refunds

3.1 All payments are processed securely via PayPal
3.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.3 Refunds are only provided under our Refund Policy (e.g., within 10-14 days, if the Product does not function as described and support cannot resolve the issue). Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Incorrect purchase decisions

  • Incompatibility due to custom modifications or unsupported environments

  • Change of mind

4. Updates and Support

4.1 Each license includes access to updates and support for the duration of the support period specified at purchase.
4.2 Support is limited to issues directly related to the Product. We do not provide customization or third-party troubleshooting unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 Continued access to updates and support requires renewal of your license (if applicable).

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All Products remain the intellectual property of WHMCSExtensions.
5.2 You may not claim ownership or remove copyright notices from the Product.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Our Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
6.2 We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
6.3 Your use of our Products is at your sole risk.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license without refund if you breach these Terms.
7.2 Upon termination, you must cease using the Product and delete all copies from your systems.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
