  1. Upload the module files to /whmcsrootdirectory/modules/addons/whatsappbot
  2. Connect via SSH and navigate to the module folder:
cd /whmcsrootdirectory/modules/addons/whatsappbot
npm i

Step 3: Keep It Running with PM2

Install and run PM2 so the bot keeps working after restarts:

npm install -g pm2
pm2 start index.js --name whatsappbot
pm2 logs whatsappbot

Step 4: Activate the Module in WHMCS

  1. Log in to your WHMCS Admin
  2. Go to Setup → Addon Modules
  3. Find WHMCS WhatsApp Notifications and click Activate
  4. Add the License Key you got from the WHMCS client area after ordering
  5. Navigate to Addons > WHMCS WhatsApp Notifications
  6. Click on Login button on Module Dashboard - It will show a QR Code, Scan it with your Whatsapp mobile app
  7. It will login your whatsapp to send notifications from that whatsapp.

Done

Your WHMCS is now connected with WhatsApp and will automatically send notifications to clients and admins.

[!IMPORTANT] It is not guaranteed you will not be blocked by using this method. WhatsApp does not allow bots or unofficial clients on their platform, so this shouldn't be considered totally safe.
